Treatment Room Service
The Treatment Room Service provides an extensive range of skilled planned care in a clinical environment. The patient’s expectation of high, quality care in a safe, clean environment, at a convenient time, is a major factor in service planning.
Who can access our service?
The service is provided at multiple locations across Bury and is accessible by anyone who is registered with a Bury GP.
Many of the Treatment Room Nurses are qualified to prescribe a variety of products used in the delivery of care.
The Treatment Room Nurses will discuss your needs and plan your treatment with you. The nurse will complete a full and comprehensive assessment on your first visit to the Treatment Room which will include information about yourself and your lifestyle, this will ensure you receive the most appropriate care and treatment. It may be necessary at times to share this information with your GP or other professionals involved in your care in order to provide the best treatment.
How to access our service
The general public can access the Booking Management Centre and make an appointment to attend a Treatment Room on a date and time that is convenient to them.
