Expert Patients Programme

The Expert Patients Programme (EPP) aims to help you take control of your health by learning new skills to manage your condition better. The course looks at the following topics:

  • Dealing with pain and extreme tiredness.
  • Coping with feelings of depression.
  • Relaxation techniques and exercises.
  • Healthy Eating.
  • Communicating with friends, family and health professionals.
