From 1 April 2011, Community Services Bury will be provided by Pennine Care Foundation Trust.
Services will continue to be provided as normal but you may start to receive letters and information from Pennine Care. The people providing your care will stay the same.

Community Services Bury provides a range of services to children and adults delivered in a variety of community based health care premises and people's homes.
We work according to the standards and policies that cover all NHS organisations. We aim to deliver high quality services, which provide excellent patient experiences and represent value for money.
We work in partnership with a variety of NHS, Local Authority, private and voluntary organisations to provide integrated and seamless care. We continue to develop integrated ways of working with our partners to benefit the patients we serve. We have re-aligned our management structure to ensure that services are organised and delivered against the pathways as described in High Quality Care for All (DoH June 2008).
