We are a team of health professionals who support children with learning disabilities and their carers.

Who is eligible to access our service?
We support children with a moderate to profound level of learning disability, their families and their carers.
How to access our service
The team operates an open referral system which means anyone can initiate a referral. Once a referral has been received a comprehensive screening process is undertaken.
