Partnership working
Community Services Bury work in partnership with a wide range of partners including, the local authority, voluntary and private sector services to deliver quality joined up care to patients whilst remaining clinically led, managerially supported.
To mark our One Year On anniversary we held a celebration event in April 2010 to demonstrate through 3 family’s stories, examples of our partnership working.
A wide selection of partner organisations from a range of services was invited to take part and join CSB staff and engage with the invited audience.
