Welcome to NHS Bury’s HealthSpace information pages. In this section of the website we hope you’ll find all the information you need about HealthSpace and the benefits it brings to you as a patient.
What is HealthSpace?
HealthSpace is a secure NHS website. You can use the website to keep track of your own health information such as blood pressure, weight and hospital appointments.
If you register for an advanced account you will be able to view your Summary Care Record online (providing you are registered with a participating GP practice who has uploaded their patient’s records).
HealthSpace is a free service that’s available to everyone aged 16 and over who’s living in England and registered with a GP with a valid email address.
You can register for a basic HealthSpace account from any PC.
In order to register for an advanced account you will need to make an appointment to visit Bury’s HealthSpace Registration Office which is based at the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, 21 Silver Street, Bury, BL9 0EN. To make an appointment you can contact PALS on freephone 0800 328 3166 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm) or you can email bur-pct.enquiries@nhs.net
However, if you are registered with the following practice, you can go direct to your GP practice and register for an advanced HealthSpace account here:
