NHS Greater Manchester (PCT Cluster)
How has the Primary Care Trust Board Changed?
The 3rd May 2011 saw the establishment of the Greater Manchester PCT cluster, (referred to as NHS Greater Manchester). A cluster, (or joint), board has been established, which has taken on the statutory functions of each of the ten PCTs across Greater Manchester.
The previous individual Primary Care Trust Board meetings will now be replaced by Locality Boards and details of these meetings are available on this website.
What does this mean for me?
The new NHS Greater Manchester Cluster Board will meet in public and you will be able to attend them as you would have done your local Primary Care Trust Board meeting. The NHS Greater Manchester Cluster Board is accountable for the business of each of the previous ten Primary Care Trusts.
If you would like to attend these meetings the dates are available below, all meetings will be held in the Salford Suite, St James’s House, Salford:
- Full Formal Board Meeting, 12th January 2012, 2pm onwards
- Restricted Item Board Meeting (Performance and Finance), 9th February 2012, 2pm - 3pm,
- Full Formal Board Meeting, 8th March 2012, 2pm onwards
- Restricted Item Board Meeting (Finance and Budgets), 29th March 2012, 2pm onwards
- Restricted Item Board Meeting (Performance and Finance), 12th April 2012, 2pm - 3pm MEETING CANCELLED - APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED
- Full Formal Board Meeting, 10th May 2012, 2pm onwards
