Our plans & reports

At the heart of NHS Bury's plans is our continuing determination to improve health, reduce inequalities and secure best value services for patients within our allocated resources. Our planning is set in the context of the public health needs for people living in Bury. The NHS Bury Strategic Commissioning Plan sets out our vision, priorities and intentions for coming years. We regularly review and refresh it to ensure our plans remains up-to-date.

Broadly, we need to concentrate our efforts on seven key areas in order to achieve the greatest health gain, these are:

NHS Bury's Operational Plan provides the first step towards achieving the challenging targets outlined within the Strategic Commissioning Plan. The Operating Plan is NHS Bury's detailed spending plan for the financial year.
